Appraisal Management Company (AMC) State Registration
In accordance with individual state legislation passed regarding Appraisal Management Company Registration, iMortgage Services is compliant with all states requiring registration. iMortgage Services is currently registered in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CT,
FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MN, MT, NC,
NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TN, TX,

Certification of Appraiser Independence
iMortgage Services is an independent, third party appraisal management company. iMS certifies all appraisal reports are completed in compliance with the Appraiser Independence Requirements (AIR) and with strict adherence to our non-influence policy and process.
Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements 16 (SSAE16)
