What else may be preventing the email from coming through?

Your email software may be blocking or deleting the messages. This action is based on the way you have your email set up. If you use Microsoft Office you can check/fix by going to: Tools > Options > Click Junk E-mail.  The first tab gives options for what happens when junk mail comes in. If you have your account set up to delete, you'll want to change that. Keep in mind that no system can decipher what "really" is or isn't junk mail so having it auto delete means you're most likely missing what could be important messages.

Another option: You can setup the option to accept messages in your email by going to Tools, selecting Options, click on Junk E-Mail in the Preferences tab. Click the Safe Senders tab and add the following email address : admin@propertysmart.us , which is the email address where login information comes from. When you go back to the forgot your password section and request again it should come to your inbox. 

 

What if my password came through blank?

If you have received a blank login/password you have not been provided a login and password for iMortgage Services. Simply forward the email to the Vendor Relations Department at VR@imortgageservices.com for further instructions.

For your information security PropertySmart accounts will lock down after 3 attempts of login even if the final attempts are by using correct information. In the event of a lockout access will remain halted for 5-10 minutes from the last attempt to maintain your security. BOTH login and password are case sensitive. It is suggested to ensure that you are using correct login/password information that you use the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? CLICK HERE feature to have your login information emailed to you on the login page at: http://www.imortgageservices.com/vendor_support.aspx. After waiting at a least 10 minutes you may open a new browser and try again. Below are some tips to assist.

· Make sure that you click on Vendor Login, to enter your login information

· Remember that the username and password are case sensitive

· If using Internet Explorer 8 or higher you may need to select Files and then Start New Session for successful login.

Step 2: Once logged in, please select MANAGEMENT in the upper right hand corner. 

Select Employee Summary

Click on an employee name

Click on Username/password.

Make the changes, select change password box  and press SAVE.

Note: DO NOT change the login dropdown from True to False, or the user from Admin to User, this will lock you out of your account and our PropertySmart Administrators will have to allow you access.

 

Note : Email addresses are a unique identifier for company employees. If you attempt to use the same email address on more than one employee profile, or if the email address is already registered in our system, you will receive an error and will not be able to continue updating.  If this happens and you feel it has been in error, please email our Vendor Relations Department at VR@imortgageservices.com

For your information security PropertySmart passwords expire anywhere between 45 and 90 days. You will receive the below message asking you to update your password. Please pay special attention to the guideline to ensure that you create a password that meets the parameters for a safe password.

 

A Password must meet the following guidelines as noted on the system message:

· 8 Characters

· 1 Character must be a lower case letter

· 1 Character must be an upper case letter

· 1 Character must be either a number or a special character (!@#$%^&*)
